Flair HR is a comprehensive HR management platform that puts daily HR tasks in employees' hands while providing administrators with powerful tools to manage their workforce. The flair mobile app allows employees to track working hours, request absences, store important documents, and stay informed about company updates — all from their iOS or Android device.
We developed both the cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and the web-based admin panel using React and JavaScript. This dual approach ensures employees have a seamless mobile experience while HR administrators benefit from a feature-rich web interface for managing company-wide operations, generating reports, and maintaining employee records.
